Must Have

- Technical Expertise: Integrated Avionics, Payload, Motor Controls, Solid-State Recorders
- Proven experience in post-sales product configuration and custom solution design
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems and ability to oversee repair work
- Skilled in conducting technical training and product briefings for customers

- Experience with Integrated Avionics systems
- Background in Business Development and bid/cost estimation
- Electrical engineering focus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to address complex, undefined challenges

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, implementation, and delivery of complex projects and solutions
- Drive post-sales activities, including product installation, configuration, and technical briefings for customers
- Analyze customer specifications and develop cost, resource, and timeline estimates for custom solutions
- Oversee engineering operations, including research and development to enhance products and services
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, safety, and performance standards throughout production processes
- Interpret technical plans, drawings, and specifications, conduct testing and validation of systems and materials
- Develop innovative technical solutions through collaboration and deep system analysis
- Mentor and review work of junior engineers as needed
Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
